Joyce A. Ashindu
Regional Talent Acquisition Consultant
Joyce is a distinguished Talent Acquisition Executive with over 15 years of leadership experience driving high-impact recruitment strategies across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Specializing in executive/c-suite hiring, executive and team coaching and international development, crisis and specialized hiring, she has a proven track record of building high-performing global teams and modernizing talent functions within complex, multi-sector environments.
She is currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition Consultant for Africa at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, Joyce leads the recruitment function to attract top-tier talent for the Institute’s mission. Her previous leadership roles at World Vision International, Innovations for Poverty Action, One Acre Fund and Amref Health Africa underscore her capability to manage large-scale talent operations and negotiate complex compensation for global placements.
Joyce holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Kenyatta University, Bachelor of Business Management (Aviation Option), Moi University and a Certification in Leadership & Team Coaching from the International Federation of Coaching.
Sarah A. Kibazo
Organizational Wellness & Talent Specialist
Sarah is a strategic and empathetic professional with a unique blend of Counselling Psychology, Business Operations, and Leadership Coaching. Proven track record in scaling startups through high-level executive support, streamlined administration, and a "people-first" approach to talent acquisition.
She is an expert at aligning human capital with business objectives while fostering organizational wellness and high-performance cultures.
Sarah supports in designing and implementing wellness initiatives and peer-counselling frameworks to improve retention and morale,which is key in high levels of performance within an organization.
Certified trainer and coach focused on building resilient, self-sustaining teams and emerging leaders, Sarah has a BA in Counseling Psychology, Diploma in Transformational Organizational Leadership, a certified ToT in Peer Counseling and Small Business Planning.
She supports in providing a holistic framework for business growth by ensuring that your team is mentally resilient, strategically aligned, and operationally sound.
